These terms and conditions serve as the contract between the customer and Dream Box Creations. By placing an order, the customer is agreeing to the these terms and conditions.

Payment Details
A Deposit of 50% is required to confirm order a minimum of 3 days prior to the delivery/pick up date unless otherwise specified that a full payment is required during peak seasons
(Christmas & Independence Holidays).

If Deposit is not received, Order will be Cancelled. Balance of invoice is to be paid prior to pick up or delivery.

Refunds
The initial deposit reserves your event date, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The 50% Deposit will be returned if order are cancelled 10 days prior to pick up of delivery date.

Please be aware that although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen such as nuts.
